Complaint by Muayed M. Rayis against The Shelby Mutual Insurance Company of Shelby Ohio to recover the proceeds of a fire insurance policy. Judgment for defendant. Plaintiff appeals. Plaintiff Muayed M. Rayis appeals a verdict of no cause of action determined by jury verdict in Macomb County Circuit Court, Judge Raymond R. Cashen presiding. The case came to trial on March 3, 1976. At the close of proofs, plaintiff and defendant moved for directed verdict; both motions were denied by the trial court. The case went to the jury, which returned its verdict of no cause of action. Plaintiff now appeals as of right under GCR 1963, 806.1.
