Carr appeals, contending that Superior Court Judge Niesje J. Steinkruger erred in failing to suppress certain statements obtained
from him in violation of his privilege against self-incrimination and his right to counsel. U.S. Const., amend. V, VI; Alaska
Const., art. I, §§ 9, 11. We affirm.
